I would like to share with you that one of the things that we really like to do for our referral partners is tie you to the client, OK. When you refer a client to us, your name gets attached to that client. They’re going to see that.
We do progress reports every month and your name is going to be on that progress report that they see every month and you can get a copy of that progress report with their permission. And so you can get an update every month on that client. So you can keep them in your oven, you can keep them warm. Just touch base with them every three or four months. How’s it going? How are they treating you? And then you’ll know when they’re ready and you’re their hero then. Because when they’re done with this process, they can buy a house anywhere.
We want to make sure they come back and buy it from you. So we want to keep them warm. You need to keep that touch.
